Showcase Sunday #62

Showcase Sunday is a weekly meme hosted by Vicky at Books, Biscuits and Tea. The aim is to showcase our newest books or book related swag and to see what everyone else received for review, borrowed from libraries, bought in bookshops and downloaded onto eReaders this week.

Hi all, I hope you've had a wonderful few weeks, Rachel and I have been super busy with work, but have been able to sneak in a few books here and there when we have a spare moment. I started the Amour et Chocolate series by Laura Florand and loved the first book, I have the rest of the books ready to binge read when I have more time. I also received some great review books this week, everyone I know has loved Prisoner of Night and Fog, and I have a good feeling about it too. And Katie Cotugno's book debut read last year, her latest one sounds super cute, that I feel like dropping everything and reading it straight away!

The Importance of Being Alice (Ainslie Brothers, #1)  Lovely Wild All For You (Coming Home, #4) Deadline

No Place Like Home (Includes: La Vie en Roses, #1.5)  Rapture in Death (In Death, #4)

Thank you to Signet, Harlequin MIRA, and Forever.

I finished Lovely Wild in one day! It's my first read of Megan Hart, and I was riveting by the story! Not my usual romance type of book, different, dark, but compelling! Sandra Brown has a way with romantic suspense/mysteries, so I borrowed the audio version of Deadline and have just started it today. I loved All I Want For Christmas is You by Jessica Scott, so I'm thrilled I got a copy of All For You. I bought No Place Like Home expressly for Laura Florand's novella and because it's on sale for $2.99.

What did you get in your haul this week?  Link us up and we'll stop by and check it out!

Hopefully things are easing up a little and you two aren't too crazy busy still? I totally get that, I feel like I'm half crazy sometimes. But books! I really enjoyed Prisoner of Night & Fog. I have the sequel, but I don't want to read it yet... my heart... :D I hope you enjoy all of your new books!

Have a fabulous weekend :)

Check out my STS post!

99 Days seems to be on everybody's haul this week and last week! Dare I request a copy? Hmmm..

Rachel, loving how you're enjoying Sandra Brown's books. Yay! I read one of hers last week, and then I finished Lethal last night. That ending was brutal! Boo.

Anyway, ladies. Have a great week and looking forward to reading your posts this week!

Great haul, ladies!
Prisoner of Night and Fog is amazing, Jasprit. I hope you love it! I'll be curious to see what you think of 99 Days, too. I don't know if it's a "me" book.
Happy reading to both of you. :)

I adored How to Love last year and am crazy excited for 99 days! I might have to check out that Megan Hart book... I'd been eyeing it but it wasn't an author I was familiar with. Happy reading you too!
