Rachel's Blogging Break & Giveaway

Hello readers.  I’m taking a little blogging break, but I'll be back here on January 1st.  I’ve been a little burned out lately with blogging so I’m taking time off to recharge my batteries. I plan on reading a lot and checking in on Goodreads from time to time with status updates.  In my absence I’m giving away a $25 Gift Card to either Amazon or Barnes & Noble or The Book Depository, winner’s choice, and I’ll have another Box of Books Giveaway coming up next week.  I hope everyone has a lovely time through the holidays! I’ll leave you with a picture of where I’d love to be spending my time (I’m imagining a big roaring fire in the fireplace) curled up with a good book.  I’ll have to make do with my own fireplace, I guess!

But sometimes it really is necessary just to take a few steps back and enjoy reading for once, without having to worry about writing reviews and upkeeping a blog. I hope you have some wonderful holidays, even if you won't be curled up in front of a fireplace like that one. ;)
