Waiting on Wednesday #20: Burned by Karen Marie Moning

I’m dying for this!! I can’t believe we have to wait until April of 2014 to continue the story!  That’s a year and a half wait in between books!! And did you notice, this isn't much of a story description?! Thankfully, Iced did NOT end in a cliffhanger, but still….I need more Ryodan, Dani, and Christian!  Jo can just go take a long walk on a short cliff somewhere.

    I haven't read the first book in this series yet, but I have read the Fever series. I know how much you loved the first book, so I hope this will live up to your expectations as well! :)

    O_o April 2014? That's like, torture for you guys! I read a Q&A with Moning recently and I liked some of her answers so I might just go back and try again with Iced, but not soon because really? April?

    I still have to read Iced! *puts head in hands* I actually didn't read Iced because of the lack of Barrons and the cliffhanger, but with this looming so soon I better just suck it up and read it. Thanks for the reminder, Rachel!

    I haven't read anything from this series, but Fever is in my TBD wishlist and basket :D So the next time I click checkout, I should receive it, yay! I wanna meet these characters so bad. Jenny loves this series as well and raves about it constantly so it makes me extremely intrigued:) CAN'T WAIT!

    WHY RACHEL! WHY DID YOU HAVE TO POST THIS? I was in a nice place, a place where I was past thinking about Ryodan everyday. I was in a happy lull in between long periods of obsessing about this book and now you've made me obsess again. I NEED MORE RYODAN!!! I can't wait to read this book and frantically email you. We're so reading this together.

    I've never read anything by Karen Marie Moning! Someone recommended her boosk to me because they thought I'd like them, but I haven't read anything by her yet. April 2014 seems too far away! But, it'll be here before you know it ;)

    Gosh I STILL need to read Iced. I kept putting it off because of the super mixed reviews but I of course still have to read it though. I mean.. it's KMM. :) Love this cover too!

    I still haven't read all the original Fever books and I haven't started Iced but I have all of these on my to-read list because I absolutely loved the first two books in the series. I can't wait to get the chance to catch up on my reading. Great pick and I hope you enjoy reading it.

    Ahhh! I still need to read Iced! I loved the Fever books, but I was put off by a lot of the things I heard about Dani and the men around her. Still... I think I will eventually! Love the cover for this one. :)

    I'm pretty much afraid of this book because of Dani's age, so I'm waiting until it fully releases to read it. Bummed that book 2 won't come out for so long. I read the FEVER series in one week and loved experiencing it like that. Will for sure be looking out for your review when you get to this one. I like that it's set someplace new tho!

    Karen has moved this book releae to July 22nd. I'm totally bummed because I love love love the fever world...grrr
