A Kid's Perspective: Judging a book by its cover #3

A Kid's Perspective: Judging a Book By Its Cover is a feature hosted by Sara @ Forever 17 Books
where Sara gets her six year old son Shawn's perspective on a few Young Adult covers.

Hello everyone, today my sister is back with her perspective and interpretation of another YA book. My sister is a really fussy person, hence the lack of A kids Perspective posts! Despite having so many books on my bookshelf and everywhere around my room, my sister was adamant on only doing this post when she saw a cover which grabbed her eye. So without further ado my sister's choice for this week is:

I think Lucid is about a girl. Her parents have passed away and her friends have betrayed her. Suddenly her whole life is turning upside down.

I really like my sister's take on Lucid, she took the whole sleeping upside down thing to another level!

  6. OH I didn't think of the sleeping upside down thing having much significance until your sister brought it up! I feel like I totally ignore any significance covers may have these days since I've been burned too many times by the pretty ones. Great post, though, as always!(:

  21. THIS IS SO CUTE. Your sister has great taste in book covers because I really love Lucid's cover. But, oh, her interpretation of the main character is pretty depressing! Regardless, your sister did a fantastic job at recreating the cover! :) Thanks for sharing, Jasprit.
