Hi everyone! Sorry I've been away for so long. Work took over once again, but I've been able to squeeze in some great events, I got catch up with Allie once again, by the end of the day I was left in a food coma, I also went to comic con, but the highlight for me was my trip to Paris. It was a last minute trip but I enjoyed every single day!
My sister read Anna and the French Kiss just before we left, so she remembered all the places Etienne and Anna visited. It took us like half an hour to find Point Zero, but it was worth it in the end! And Notre Dame was as stunning as ever.

We also got to visit the Louvre and see the Mona Lisa! And of course I had to make a stop at Shakespeare and Company, this is one gorgeous bookstore, with piles and piles of books everywhere, I of course could have spent the entire day there, but my sisters weren't too happy with this idea.

One of my highlights was going up the Arc De Triomphe, the photo of the building below, when you went to the top it really had the most stunning views of Paris.
When roaming around the Eiffel tower we also came across a beautiful Artisan Chocolatier known as Puyricard, of course it made me immediately remember Laura Florand's Amour et Chocolat series. The store was absolutely stunning inside and chocolatier even gave us some samples to try (he even knew without asking that I would be a fan of salted caramel!). My sisters even had to be pushed out of the store!

Paris was definitely one of the most beautiful cities that I have visited in long time, it has stunning architecture and the most extravagant food. The macarons from Laduree were absolutely divine! I do highly recommend visiting Paris one day, its one city that you shouldn't miss out on. Since I've been back all I've wanted to do is devour all the books with Paris as their setting!

Ahhh, this is so cool! I'm so happy you had a great time Jazzy! The ADT view is indeed so gorgeous <3 The classic by Remarque is one of my favs, so it's cool to see that you spent time in the novel's name sake :) Hah! I've still to read Amour et Chocolat series, but I will esp since I know it's Rachel's fav. This is so great! I hope you'll give us more musings in our Skype chat next weekend! ILY and so happy you had a gret vaca, Jas!
Jasprit, this is amazing! It sounds like you had such a fun time in Paris and I am totally jealous of all the adventures you went on, especially the one at the chocalatier. And how cool that you were able to find spots from Anna. Thanks for sharing! I really enjoyed reading this. :)
Very cool, Jasprit! I was following your trip based on your pics on IG. So glad you had a great time! I especially liked reading about the Anna inspired sights and the Laura Florand-esque chocolatier! EE!
Ack. Great pictures, Jas! And Paris. Whelp. I think I would've spent my entire day inside Shakespeare and Company, to be honest. Lol. At the same time, the city is so beautiful I wouldn't even know where to start.
Glad you had fun, hun!
Lovely trip Jasprit. I can't imagine how fun this trip was ^^
Jasprit - how awesome!! I love all of the pictures, and glad you had a great time!
Jasprit, I'm so glad you got a chance to visit Paris and thanks for all these stunning photos and tips on where to visit! I'm flying out tomorrow on a red-eye to Paris for roughly eight days and I have a bit of time before my Orientation for Study Abroad begins so I'm planning to hunt down Point Zero, Notre Dame, and Shakespeare & Co myself because of Anna and the French Kiss!! ;) Fantastic post, my dear, and we'll have to meet when I'm in Europe!
Beautiful photos! I would LOVE to visit Paris someday. My sister has been and she's visited a lot of these places. I'm sure she'd be happy to go again sometime in the future. I'll be in London next month (for the first time! EEK!) and it would have been awesome to visit other countries/cities, but we didn't have the time. Ah well, in the future! That chocolate shop sounds amazing. And OMG! I want to visit Shakespeare and Company. And Disneyland Paris would be too fun.
