A Kid's Perspective: Judging a Book By Its Cover #7

A Kid's Perspective: Judging a Book By Its Cover is a feature hosted by Sara @ Forever 17 Books where Sara gets her six year old son Shawn's perspective on a few Young Adult covers.

Hello everyone, my sister is finally back with another interpretation of a YA book cover. So without further ado, the book my sister picked out was...

I think Twinmaker is about a man who makes a machine to go back in time, but it ends up making twins instead. The twin that comes out of the machine is different, they're evil and improved. They also try to get rid of the original human. As you can see in the picture the new and improved twin is smiling because it is evil.

My sister had quite a few different interpretations of Twinmaker, but this is the final one that she stuck with. I actually quite what she's come up with. I started Twinmaker the other day and it's not really the read that I was hoping it would be so far. But my sister's interpretation also slightly reminds me of All Our Yesterdays.

I'd read the version your sister came up with -- evil twin clones. Awesome.

You know, I kinda like your sister's interpretation of the title better than the actual synopsis! Are you sure we don't have a budding author here? ;) As always, this feature is such a delight and I love seeing what your sister comes up with. Thanks for sharing, Jasprit!(:

Your sister is very imaginative - with the evil twin smiling, hers sounds like a creepy sci-fi thriller! Loved this perspective, and thanks for sharing.

I agree with Keertana! Your sister is always so creative. I can see her coming up with her own stories one day. :) I haven't read this book, and don't really remember what it's about, but I like your sister's interpretation of it. Thanks for sharing as always! :)
